Cooling-off period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without any notice. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product. You will receive the full order amount including shipping costs. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to the webshop. These costs amount to approximately € 3.95 – € 6.95 each package via regular mail (in the mailbox; within the Netherlands). Consult your post office (website) for the exact rates.

If the product does not meet your expectations, or when you are not pleased, we always strive to satisfy you. Always reach out if you feel that the product does not resonate, or if you doubt that it actually works. Sometimes, it’s just a matter of giving you extra support in the usage process. You may also want to reread the accompanying instructions. If that does not help, we will take the product back and send you a replacement.

We maintain money back guarantee. This way, you can try our product and see if it works for you. Should the delivered product not meet the specifications stated on our website, you have the right to cancel the order up to 30 days after receipt. After the cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product. By mutual agreement, we will send a replacement, or we will reimburse you, including shipping.

Cancellation and/or product returns

If you want to cancel an order, you have the right to do so within 30 days upon receipt. Subsequently, you have another 30 days to return the product *. The procedure is as follows:

  • Download the ‘Annulment Form’ form (PDF file). Print the form and fill it out completely.
  • Pack the product with all delivered accessories, the original packaging, and the fully completed and signed Annulment Form. You can also choose to e-mail the fully completed and signed Annulment Form to:
  • Clearly, state the return address (mentioned below) on the outside.
  • Offer your package to the postal service of your choice. The return costs of approximately € 6.95 each package, depending on the chosen postal company, are your responsibility.
  • Within 14 days, we will refund the amount due for the returned products. We kindly request you to return the product with care. Upon receipt, we will assess the state of the received product and the packaging. We are compelled to deduct any costs due to damaged products and/or packaging.
